Monthly HP Pricing Upload

Upload the CSV HP sends each month to update reseller pricing. Rows are matched against the existing parts table by HP part number - new parts are added, existing parts are price-updated, unmatched rows are flagged.

This page is not yet behind authentication. Before going live, gate this route with Supabase Auth (staff-only) and move the commit action to a server route using the service-role key.
